On 26 november, Dr Arathi Ravi Pillai’s tied knot with Adithya Vishnu, a Kochi-based doctor at the Asramam grounds in Kollam.
More than 30,000 guests became part of this lavish function.
The revelry was commenced by singer Gayathri who sang bhajans, followed by a Kuchipudi performance by Manju Warrier, a Bharatanatyam dance by Sobhana, and a musical treat played out by Stephen Devassy.

Various parts for this set were first moulded in clay in Mumbai, and then it was cast in plaster of Paris. It took us about 40 days and a team of 200 people to assemble the pre-fabricated structures here”, said cyril.
Various global leaders graced the occasion with their presence such as Royal family of Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait and the UAE; CEOs of various companies like Japan Gas Corporation, government representatives, politicians, film stars Mohanlal and Mammootty.
Chartered flights were arranged for Union minister Ravi Shankar Prasad and the royal family of Bahrain who landed on wednesday.
The Wedding security include 250 policemen and around 350 private detail cops.
The mouth-watering menu for the wedding included everything from traditional to global cuisines.
In addition, the guests were also entertained by cultural programmes including Stephen Devassy’s fusion music, Navya Nair’s dance fusion, singer Manjari’s ghazal recitals and Naga drama by actor Mukhesh and his wife Methil Devika.
